 At the CPAC meeting on 5/28/2015 the developer's representative for the remodeling of the Howe 'bout Arden shopping center presented the preliminary plan shown below. He said the property owners are sincere about wanting the project to become a signature project for Arden Arcade and would work with the community (us, for instance) to make the project something everyone could be proud of. That's refreshing. Let's hope they mean it.
