April 28 -- Multicultural Music and Dance Festival, a fundraiser for Sacramento Sheriff's Community Impact Program, at Conzelmann Community Center in Howe  Park, 6-9 p.m. Tickets which include meal, drink, raffle and entertainment, cost just $25 and will help support programs for at-risk youth in Arden Arcade.
