The amusing graphic below has been causing a bit of a stir on Nextdoor lately. It is reposted here in the hopes that people will drive with care, given the ubiquitous nature of potholes in our area, especially during the coming rainy weekend. Also, as was pointed out by Nextdoor commenters, people should report potholes by calling 311 or by using the 311 App. The more people who report a pothole, the better. On the other hand, potholes DO have a good side — they can slow down speeding traffic, kind of like a reverse speed bump. And since speed limits are routinely not enforced across Arden Arcade, maybe that’s why the County hesitates to fix the potholes that define our roads.
