Draft Business Case Study released
The two districts have just released a draft third-party analysis that suggests some kind of combination of the two districts would be feasible. The report is chock-full of down-in-the-weeds details about how to run a public water supply agency. Those details paint a very clear picture of how these two public entities function and what they do with taxpayers' and ratepayers' money. The districts deserve a round of applause for transparency. The public can only hope that other pubic entities in the area will be as candid and transparent as these two water districts.
