Appointed by the Supervisor. Intended to ascertain community opinion to advise the Planning Commission or, for liquor licenses, the Board of Supervisors. State law says they can be elected. We think they should be (like 1/3 of similar bodies are in CA). Find all our CPAC stuff here.

Merlone-Geier is the developer of the proposed Arden Creek Town Center as well as the developer of the mostly-completed University Village shopping center, now called "The UV", 3 miles away on the periphery of the City of Sacramento.
